Question 1

Does insurance cover windshield replacement in Florida?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if you have comprehensive coverage on your Florida auto policy, your windshield replacement is typically covered with zero deductible. Florida law also prevents your insurance rate from going up after a windshield claim. We file the claim for you in under 60 seconds.

Question 2

How long does mobile windshield replacement take?

Accepted Answer

Most installs are done in 60-90 minutes. ADAS calibration (required on 2018+ vehicles with safety cameras) adds another 30-60 minutes. Total appointment time is usually under 2 hours.

Question 3

Do I need ADAS calibration after windshield replacement?

Accepted Answer

If your vehicle is 2018 or newer and has lane-departure warning, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, or any forward-facing camera, then yes — calibration is required. We do both static and dynamic calibration on-site, so you don't need a dealer trip.

Question 4

Can you replace my windshield at my home or office?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we're 100% mobile. We come to your driveway, office parking lot, or any covered/outdoor location across Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport, Clermont, Winter Garden, St. Cloud, Winter Park, and Maitland. There's no shop visit, no rental car, no wasted time.

Question 5

Do you offer same-day service?

Accepted Answer

Yes — same-day appointments are usually available if you call before noon. We text you a 2-hour booking window so you're not waiting around all day.

Question 6

What's the difference between OEM and aftermarket glass?

Accepted Answer

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) glass is made by the same factory that supplied your car's original windshield. OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent) is made to the exact same DOT/ANSI safety specifications but by a different factory. We use OEM when your insurance allows, OEE otherwise. Both come with our lifetime workmanship warranty.

Question 7

Do you handle rear glass, door glass, and quarter glass too?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we replace all auto glass: windshields, rear back glass, side door glass, and the small triangle quarter/vent windows. Vandalism damage included.

Question 8

How much does a mobile windshield replacement cost?

Accepted Answer

Most Florida comprehensive insurance claims are $0 out of pocket. Cash pricing starts at $249 depending on vehicle and glass type — call (407) 502-9021 for an exact quote.
